To make Anise Tea, also known as Shai Ma Yansoon, grind 1 to 2 teaspoons Anise Seed into 2 cups of water along with a teaspoon of sugar, if desired.
Anise Seed is used to treat colic and indigestion because it helps reduce nausea, bloating, and gas. It is also used to soothe toothaches.
Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months of opening.
